<p>The invention concerns a dermatological composition comprising in combination at least nicotinic acid or a nicotinic acid amide such as nicotinamide (vitamin PP), and at least a sphingoid base selected among sphingosine, sphinganine, phytosphingosine, tetracetylphytosphingosine, N-acetylphytosphingosine, and phytosphingosine hydrochloride.
