During a light wave, a lamp or rank r in a predetermined group shifts for a predetermined time interval (d) from a first brightness (Bf) to a second brightness (Bv), with a predetermined time lag (n) between the shift to the second brightness (Bv) of two adjacent lamps of the group. Two successive cycles of a light wave are separated by a time interval e. A central control member supplies to the electronic control modules, associated each with a lamp, parametering data (groups, rank) of each module and the parametering data (n, d, e) of a group of lamps having to form a light wave. After receiving a centralised command to launch a light wave, each module individually controls the illumination of the associated lamp to form a light wave. The invention is useful for illuminating an airport. FIG. 6: A LAMP 1 B LAMP 2 C LAMP 3 (NOTHING ELSE TO TRANSLATE)
|
