PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a soundproof panel with complex waste synthetic resins used which uses complex wastes to compose the soundproof panel so that it reduces cost in treating the wastes. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the soundproof panel with the complex waste synthetic resins used comprises the steps of: (i) crushing the complex waste synthetic resins to be powder with less than 0.5mm in size; (ii) adding 5-20wt% of an additive to the complex waste synthetic resins and stirring to mix uniformly; (iii) adding the complex powder to an extruder and extruding a first molding material having high temperature; and (iv) before hardening the first molding materials, putting to a mold to mold in the soundproof panel type.
