PURPOSE: A fried food cooking apparatus is provided to prevent people from the terror using contaminating material by detecting, in advance, contaminating materials including toxic chemicals and bacteria contained in food placed in the fried food cooking apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A fried food cooking apparatus(1) comprises a contaminating material detecting sensor(2). The contaminating material detecting sensor(2) is fixed to an inner sidewall of the fried food cooking apparatus(1) in order to detect contaminating materials including toxic chemicals and bacteria contained in foods placed in the fried food cooking apparatus(1). A battery box(4) and an IC(5) are installed at an outer portion of the fried food cooking apparatus(1). The IC(5) has an artificial intelligence computer chip and a processor. A displaying panel(3), such as a liquid crystal display panel, is formed at an outer wall of an outer case of the fried food cooking apparatus(1) so as to display a degree of the contaminating materials.
