PURPOSE: Connecting structure and device of reinforcing bars are provided to increase a mechanical strength of the reinforcing bars, thus extending a life of a structure, and to simplify a connecting work thereof. CONSTITUTION: A connector for connecting reinforcing bars(10) to extend a whole length of the reinforcing bars comprises a pair of joint shafts(100), the front end thereof forming a head(110) having a reinforcing bar insertion groove(110) and the rear end forming a screw part(120); and a joint nut(200) fastening the screw parts of a pair of the joint shafts.
