<p>A method for the oxy-cutting of a slab with at least one oxy-cutting torch (3) in a work station, includes a stage of realizing a relative movement between the slab and the oxy-cutting torch to a cutting position. The slab, in the cutting position, is arranged such that the principal plane of the slab forms an angle of -10 degrees to -20 degrees with respect to the vertical plane. An Independent claim is also included for a device for putting this method of oxy-cutting into service.</p> |
