PURPOSE: A single-wheel cycle having a stabilization mechanism is provided to solve the problem of instability of a single-wheel cycle, to reduce the size of a stabilization mechanism by using a small motor and a small battery, and to cut down the cost of production. CONSTITUTION: A single-wheel cycle having a stabilization mechanism comprises a wheel(31) for moving a cycle, a frame(32) for fixing respective components around the wheel, a pedal(33) for obtaining a driving force, a hub(34), a disk-type flywheel(39) for stabilizing the cycle in the left and right sides, a supporting box(38) for stably fixing the flywheel, a shaft and a bearing fixed in the supporting box, a small motor(37) for rotating the flywheel, a battery(36) for supplying electricity to the small motor, a switch for supplying electricity to the motor or blocking the electricity, and a saddle(35) for sitting on. If the flywheel accelerates, a force for maintaining the balance of the cycle is operated.
