PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a start motor plate for a vehicle is provided to reduce working process by assembling, pressing and forming parts without riveting, and to improve the quality and the productivity by reducing working hours. CONSTITUTION: Insulation pad joint holes(3,3') and flange hole joint holes(6,6') are protruded in a plate(1) and lower parts of flange holes(4,4') in processing the ring shaped plate and flange holes. Flange hole assembling holes(5,5') are formed in insulation pads(2) and the ring shaped plate. Insulation pads are inserted to pad joint holes, and flange hole joint holes are fitted to the flange hole assembling holes. A start motor plate is manufactured by pressing joint holes. The quality is improved, and the productivity is increased with reducing working hours and working process.
