PURPOSE: A regenerative loess hypocaust and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to transfer heat evenly for a long time by sticking hypocaust mats including loess, straw, coffee grounds and pearlite. CONSTITUTION: A hypocaust mat(10) is formed in a hypocaust(100) by using heat from a heating member(16) such as a heat pipe or an electric heater. A settling groove(12) is formed in the middle of the hypocaust mat, and the heating member is inserted to the settling groove. Space parts are formed integrally with the setting groove, and the hypocaust is formed with mounting plural hypocaust mats. The hypocaust mat is manufactured by mixing loess, straw, coffee grounds and pearlite, and heating members are arranged on plural hypocaust mats.
