PURPOSE: An oil cooler of a transmission for a vehicle is provided to improve cooling efficiency of oil without using an additional air-cooling apparatus, and to cut down expenses by simplifying the structure of the oil cooler. CONSTITUTION: An oil cooler for a transmission of a vehicle is composed of an oil cooler pipe(20) placed between cooling fins(11) of a radiator(10), and connected to an inlet(13) of a lower tank(12) of the radiator; and a pipe(30) connecting the oil cooler pipe to the transmission of the vehicle through the inlet. The double oil cooler pipe is connected to the inlet, and bent in the upper part of the radiator. Water cooling by the radiator or air cooling during traveling is performed by contacting the oil cooler pipe to cooling fins. Efficiency is improved by enlarging the cooling area with flowing coolant actively. |
