PURPOSE: A method for providing position information in a mobile communication terminal and a system therefor are provided to store position information of the mobile communication terminal according to a time and offer stored position information in case that a user requests position information. CONSTITUTION: A position registration server(40) registers position information of the first and second user terminals(10,20) through a mobile communication network(30). A WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) gateway(50) is operated so that the first user terminal(10) or the second user terminal(20) performs a WAP service through the mobile communication network(30). A service server(60) performs a position path storing service which provides position path information according to the time of the corresponding user terminal through the WAP gateway(50). |
