THERMOSETTING TYPE ANTISTATIC OLIGOMER AND PREPARATION THEREOF AND PRODUCTS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are an alicyclic polyisocyanurate oligomer excellent in antistatic effect, and a preparation thereof, and products, excellent in antistatic property, abrasion-resistance, chemical-resistance, weather-resistance, using the oligomer. CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting type antistatic oligomer is the alicyclic polyisocyanurate oligomer(formula 1) containing a quaternary ammonium salt with a hydroxy group and is produced by mixing isocyanurate and a hydroxy alkyl quaternary ammonium salt in the equivalent ratio of 1:1, adding 0.01-0.1wt% of a polymerization inhibitor, 0.1-0.3wt% of an antioxidant, and 0.1-0.5wt% of a catalyst, and reacting in an ethylacetate solvent at 50-70deg.C until the equivalent of residual NCO is 30-35%. And the plastic products are obtained by coating various substrates such as a polyvinyl chloride resin, a polymethylmethacrylate resin, a polycarbonate resin, an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin, a polyester film with a thermosetting type antistatic coating composition containing 10-40wt% of the polyisocyanurate oligomer(formula 1).
