PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR MULTICOLOR SLIDER FASTENER

PURPOSE: Provided is a production system for a multicolor slider fastener which uses one molder to mold various groups of unit match teeth through an individual injection passage by a different color so that it enables to produce multicolor slide fastener continuously. CONSTITUTION: The production system for the multicolor slider fastener comprises the parts of: a molder(100) which forms plural unit match teeth and a sprue hole(102); a cylinder block wherein plural vertical cylinders and horizontal cylinders(244) are intersected and plural discharge holes are connected to the horizontal cylinder; a heater(270) which heats the cylinder block; a transfer screw(241) which is inserted into the vertical cylinder to transfer a molding material; a piston(245) which is inserted into the horizontal cylinder to extrude the molding material; and a switch tool(260) which checks whether the molding material is inserted into the sprue hole of the upper molder(110).
