PURPOSE: Provided are waterproof protection materials which absorb transformation caused by transforming or cracking the surface of concrete structures so that they help to overcome leakage caused by changes on the surface of the concrete structures. CONSTITUTION: In the waterproof materials(10) which consist of a bag(20), a non-textile woven cloth(30), a glue(40) and a releasing paper(50) to protect a waterproof layer(60), the building method of the waterproof protection materials comprise the steps of: (i) eliminating extraneous matters at a location to cover the waterproof materials; (ii) cutting the waterproof materials as a building field and adhering by a specialized roller; (iii) connecting a connection part of the waterproof materials each other; and (iv) eliminating the release paper of the waterproof materials and rolling one side of the waterproof materials by the specialized roller to adhere.
