The parameters indicating current applied to the motor armature or rotor (9) and field coil or field magnet (M), are sensed by monitoring devices. The sensed parameters are compared with corresponding reference values in safety function unit (15), to determine whether the contacts (A,B) of motor operation relay windings (A1,B1) are mistakenly in the ON position, or whether one contact is in ON position. An independent claim is also included for motor control system. |
