An oven (1) for foods constituted by at least a cooking chamber (2) comprising a plurality of horizontal cooking trays (10) inserted inside said chamber (2) and mutually superposed and distanced. Each cooking tray (10) has an upper face (15) and a lower face (16), the upper face (15) of a cooking tray (10) defining, with the lower face (16) of the cooking tray (10) superposed thereto, a cooking compartment (9). In each compartment (9) are provided first and second heating means (19), (20). The oven (1) further comprises at least a temperature measuring device (30) positioned inside the cooking chamber (2), at least a control interface (29) positioned outside the cooking chamber (2), and a control device (26) operatively connected to the first and second heating means (19), (20) of each compartment (9), to the control interface (29) and to the temperature measuring device (30) to control the operation of the first and second heating means (19), (20) of each compartment (9). <IMAGE> |
