PURPOSE: A rear clash-strengthening structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce deformation of a chassis by uniformly dispersing the impact load to a right and left side member in a rear clash. CONSTITUTION: In a rear clash-strengthening structure of a vehicle, rear side members(12) are disposed to both sides of a rear floor panel(11) of a chassis(10), with leaving spaces. A front cross member(13) connected with a front floor panel is horizontally disposed at the front end of the rear side member, and a middle cross member(14) is horizontally disposed in the middle part and jointed with each rear side member. A back panel(16) is attached at the rear end of each rear side member. A rear floor(17) is installed in the space formed by the front and middle cross member with the rear side member. A trunk floor(18) is installed in the space formed the middle cross member and back panel with the rear side member. A rear cross member(15) integrally connecting the rear ends of the rear side members is interposed between the trunk floor and back panel. Therefore, the impact load is uniformly dispersed to both side members through the rear cross member of the rear floor panel, and the deformation of the chassis is controlled.
