MOLD FORM ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A mold form assembly is provided to improve the convenience of carrying and storage thereof, and to enable a user to freely adjust a size of the mold form by freely assembling each one of unit members at needs. CONSTITUTION: The mold form assembly comprises an outer mold form(3) forming the outer wall of a box shaped conduit unit, and an inner mold form(5) installed in the interior space of the outer mold form with being spaced apart from the outer mold form to form a cavity within the box shaped conduit unit. One of the outer and inner mold forms consists of a plurality of unit members adjacent each other, and a coupling device for fastening each unit members is provided.
