PURPOSE: A beat touch game method for a mobile communication terminal is provided to mount a beat touch game in which melodies are added on the mobile communication terminal and offer the beat touch game to a user. CONSTITUTION: A CPU transmits a signal according to the selection of a music title and the degree of difficulty of a user to a code processing unit of a memory unit. The code processing unit receives the signal, retrieves a melody according to the music title of the degree of difficulty selected by the user from a melody data unit, displays a plurality of sound data in a predetermined direction on a display unit, and displays an operation timing about each sound data(S203). The CPU arranges predetermined musical instruments included in the retrieved melody on each line in which a plurality of sound data are arranged, and loads a game(S204). The CPU executes the game through a melody selection process and a game loading process of the user(S205). The CPU checks over the sound data displayed on the display unit and the key operation timing which operates according to the input of a user. If the key operation timing operates by the user, the CPU outputs the sound data and a performance music of the other musical instruments to a speaker through an acoustic processing unit(S207). The CPU displays a mark calculated according as the sound data are identical to the key operation timing of the user within a certain interval and certain picture data retrieved from a picture data unit through the code processing unit on the display unit(S209,S210). The CPU judges whether a performance stop signal is received among input signals of the key input unit(S211). If the performance stop signal is received, the CPU retrieves a game ending picture from the picture data unit through the code processing unit, displays the retrieved game ending picture on the display unit, and a currently calculated mark on the display unit(S212).
