<p>A packaging processing (liquid filling) apparatus, including a rising-and-lowering assembly (23) attached to a pivot member (21) and moved vertically and filling nozzles (25) attached to the rising-and-lowering assembly (23). An endless chain (2) having grippers (3) at equal intervals is rotated continuously by a sprocket (1). A circular first raising-and-lowering cam (27) that rotates with the sprocket (1) is attached to the sprocket, and a circular-arc-shaped second raising-and-lowering cam (30) is provided near the first raising-and-lowering cam (27); and a cam roller (26) attached to the rising-and-lowering assembly (23) is caused to roll on these cams (27, 30). When the pivot member (21) makes a forward motion to follow the bags (w) held by grippers (3), the cam roller (26) rolls over the second raising-and-lowering cam (30), and the rising-and-lowering assembly (23) is lowered and then raised; when the pivot member (21) makes a return motion, the cam roller (26) rolls over the first raising-and-lowering cam (27), and the rising-and-lowering assembly (23) is maintained in a raised position. <IMAGE></p> |
