PURPOSE: A mounting bush of a suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve safety and traveling performance of a vehicle, with keeping vibration insulation performance of the vertical direction of a usual mounting bush and improving stiffness to the horizontal external force transmitted to a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A mounting bush comprises a through hole(21) formed in the middle part of the body(20), a spacer(22) covering the outer peripheral surface of the through hole, an upper rubber(23), a lower rubber(24), a frame(25), and a plate(26) adhered closely to the upper surface of the upper rubber. A mounting bolt(28) is inserted in the through hole and coupled by a washer(29) and a locking nut(30), and the body is fixed to the lower part of a vehicle body(27). The outer peripheral end of the plate installed to the upper side of the upper rubber is extended and bent downward, and covered to the outer peripheral surface of the upper rubber. The frame body interposed between the upper and lower rubber is bent in a stepped shape and adhered closely to the outer peripheral surface of the upper rubber, and therefore clearance between the upper rubber and the frame is prevented. The end portion of the frame body facing the center of the body is extended and bent downward and a projection for fitting is formed. Therefore, the buffer action to the vibration and impact of the mounting bush is smoothly performed.
