PURPOSE: A system for automatically and continuously regenerating waste tire is provided to save resources and protect environment by automatically and continuously emulsification (light or heavy oil) treating the waste tire, recovering high quality carbon, and easily recovering metal wire inside the tire. CONSTITUTION: The system for automatically and continuously regenerating waste tire comprises an air control unit comprising air control chambers (4), air inspirators, air injectors, a pyrolysis combustion chamber (9), and a pyrolysis furnace; a pyrolysis emulsifying unit comprising a pyrolysis furnace, a catalyst chamber (13), a cooling separation column (14), an LPG tank, a gas burner, an oil tank (19), an oil burner (20) and the pyrolysis combustion chamber; a carbon black and wire core separation unit comprising a crushing roller (23), a metal separator (24), a carbon black screw crusher and a silo (26); and a waste heat applied power generation unit comprising a pyrolysis combustion chamber (9), a combustion exhaust port (29), a steam boiler (30) and an electric power generator (31).
