PURPOSE: A waterproof structure of a loading compartment of a wing-body truck is provided to simplify the forming of a waterproof layer through heat sealing and covering of a waterproof paper, to improve the durability, and to facilitate maintenance. CONSTITUTION: The top of a sponge(14) and a part of the top of a cover units(10a,10b) contacted to both sides of the sponge are covered with a waterproof paper(16). The waterproof paper is pressed with heat, and a waterproof layer is formed through heat sealing and covering of the waterproof paper into the sponge and cover units. Riveting work is not needed because the waterproof paper is sealed and covered by heat to the cover units and therefore, the forming of the waterproof layer is easily performed. Moreover, the reinforced coupling force improves the durability of the waterproof layer, and the maintenance is simplified.
