PURPOSE: A sunroof of a vehicle is provided to drain water promptly without overflowing in washing or heavy rain by increasing the displacement per unit with keeping the capacity of the sunroof channel. CONSTITUTION: A drain system of a sunroof for a vehicle is provided to a frame(11) installed between a roof panel(R) and a head lining(H); a sun shade(14) guided by a guide rail(13) to open and close a slot of the head lining; a glass(15) connected to the frame to open and close a slot of the roof panel; a channel(12) installed in the frame to collect water between the roof panel and the glass; and plural drain hoses(19) connected to the channel to drain water through front, rear and center pillars. Water is drained promptly without overflowing in collecting the large amount of water in the roof.
