PURPOSE: A structure of a filter for shielding electromagnetic waves for an image display device is provided to simplify the manufacturing and assembling of the filter by not screw-coupling the entire pressing plate of a fixing bracket to the bosses of a cabinet and improve the electromagnetic wave shielding effect by forming a ground piece with first and second ground bent pieces. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a filter for shielding electromagnetic waves for an image display device includes an electromagnetic wave shielding filter(40) mounted to a front surface of an image display device for shielding the electromagnetic waves, a ground piece(42) formed of first and second bent portions(210,212) contacting the shielding filter for grounding the electromagnetic waves, a fixing bracket(44) attached to the ground piece for fixing the shielding filter to a cabinet, and the cabinet having a boss to be screw-coupled in a boss hole of the fixing bracket.
