PURPOSE: A heat-sink apparatus having a waterproof function is provided to maximize the waterproof function by burying a heat pipe into a hole formed in a heat-sink. CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe burying hole is vertically formed in a predetermined portion of a heat-sink(20). A heat pipe(26) is inserted into the heat pipe burying hole. A thermal epoxy is applied on an upper end portion of the heat pipe burying hole. A heat-sink block is formed by inserting the heat pipe(26) into the heat pipe burying hole. The heat-sink block, a silicon gasket(12), and a silicon(13) are combined with a body. The silicon gasket(12) is used for performing a main waterproof function. The silicon(13) is used for performing an auxiliary waterproof function.
