<p>An exercise and massage device includes an elongate member 10 made of rubber material for increasing the resilience and the flexibility of the elongate member, and for allowing the device to be used for rhythmic exercising purposes. One or both ends of the elongate member each may include an enlarged head 17 or a weight 11, such as a magnetic or cylindrical or spherical weight.
