PURPOSE: An online CUG(Closed User Group) service system is provided to lease a hosting server over an online network, and to offer various service specifications for forming corresponding CUGs with independent domains. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a member subscription module, a member service module and a manager support module. The member subscription module offers a member subscription menu(200) for enabling an accessing user to subscribe for the system and to receive an ID and a password. The member service module offers a member service module(300) to provide various CUG services to the member. The manager support module offers a manager support menu(400) to efficiently manage the CUG service. The member support module enables the manager to construct or set a home page. This module also performs a member management, such as a reference, a secession, an approval, a data deletion or a data modification of a member, and send a mail to all members, to bulletin data, or to send a mail to plural members simultaneously. The member service module enables a member to upload, to modify or delete a bulletin, to browse a bulletin, to share data in a data management space, to send a message to other members, to refer a member list, and to check an access time and number.
