METHOD FOR REMOVING CHROMA OF CELLULOSE AND DERIVATIVES THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for removing chroma of cellulose and derivatives thereof effectively without changing viscosity by flow-reacting the cellulose and the derivatives thereof with ozone. CONSTITUTION: The method is performed by putting the cellulose and its derivatives in a flow pipe and blowing the ozone at a velocity of 1-4cm¬3/sec into the lower part of the flow pipe at a temperature of 20-70deg.C, wherein the cellulose and the derivatives thereof have high viscosity or low viscosity and are dry power phase having the water content of 0.5-5%.
