PURPOSE: A pattern processing apparatus is provided which is not only hygienic, but also efficiently carries out operation by installing a means for sucking and exhausting powder of polystyrene foamed resin. CONSTITUTION: The pattern processing apparatus comprises a frame(110) consisting of a pair of lower frames(111) which are installed parallel to one another, a plurality of vertical frames(113) which are vertically installed with being integrally coupled to the lower frames(111), and a pair of upper frames(115) which are parallel to one another with being integrally coupled to the upper part of the vertical frames(113); a support plate(120) which is supported to the lower frames(111), and on which a patterned workpiece is loaded so that the workpiece is fixed to the support plate(120); a back and forth transfer bar(130) which is installed on the upper frames(115) in such a way that the back and forth transfer bar(130) is moved back and forth; a left and right transfer bar(140) which is installed on the back and forth transfer bar(130) in such a way that the left and right transfer bar(140) is moved from side to side; an up and down transfer bar(150) which is installed on the left and right transfer bar(140) in such a way that the up and down transfer bar(150) is moved up and down; a cutter(160) at which a hollow body is formed, and which is rotationally installed at the up and down transfer bar(150) to cut the workpiece; and a suction pump(170) for sucking powder of the workpiece generated when cutting the workpiece through the hollow part of the cutter(160).
