HIGH SEALING DETECTOR SWITCH

PURPOSE: A high sealing detector switch is provided to enhance a durable characteristic and a waterproofing characteristic and reduce a size of a micro switch by improving a structure of the micro switch. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) has a lower hole(10b) for receiving a micro switch(16), an upper hole(10a), and a path(10c). The upper hole(10a), the lower hole(10b), and the path(10c) are connected to each other. An actuator(11) is installed in the upper hole(10a) of the housing(10). A knurling portion(11a) is formed on an outer circumference of the actuator(11). The actuator(11) is elastically supported by a plunger(12) and a spring(13). The plunger(12) transmits a buffered force to the micro switch(16) when a button portion(11b) of the actuator(11) is pushed. The button portion when the button portion(11b) of the actuator(11) is released. A two-step button(14) is installed between the actuator(11) and the micro switch(16). The two-step button(14) has a contact pin(15) in order to transmit an operating force of the actuator(11) to the micro switch(16). A sealant(17) is formed on a bottom portion of the micro switch(16).
