PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip with a light weight capable of being accurately positioned and mounted. SOLUTION: An opening trim (weather strip) 10 comprises a mounting base part 20 and a hollow seal part S and an adhesive (adhesion member) 40 and contact prevention members 30a, 30b are provided on a surface, of the mounting base part 20, opposed to a vehicle body flange. A clip C is penetrated through the contact prevention member 30a. The contact prevention members 30a, 30b can be compressed and tip ends thereof are projected as compared with the adhesive 40. The adhesive 40 is not contacted with the vehicle body flange in the state that it is temporarily fixed by the clip C and a positioning can be carried out by moving the weather strip 10. When the weather strip 10 is pressed to the vehicle body flange after the positioning is accurately carried out, the contact prevention members 30a, 30b are compressed to become the same surface as the adhesive 40 and the weather strip 10 is adhered/fixed to the vehicle body flange by the adhesive 40. |
