PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnable bait-scattering tool enabling the scattering of bait at a desired depth and solving the trouble of the entanglement of the leader to the float or sprawl wire in the case of long casting or deep fishing. SOLUTION: A plurality of water-passing holes 13 are bored on a hollow cover 3, an engaging tube 11 vertically passing from the top downward through the center of a float 7 embedded in the inner top part is connected to an engaging tube 10 of the sinker 8, a forcing thread 15 connected to a connection ring 6' of an end of the center axis 5 passing in a freely movable manner through the inner through-hole 4 of the slidably inserted connection tube 1 is passed through the line passing hole 21 bored on the center part of a bottom sinker 23 embedded in the inner top part of a receiving member 20 and a stop ring 22 is properly fixed.
