PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operation of denitration equipment which is very important in relation to environmental regulation or the like. SOLUTION: Operation data is shared with a plant user side 401 and a plant maker side 400 via a network 100. Consequently the plant maker side 400 can administer and monitor the operation data in real time without visiting an installed site of the denitration equipment, that is, without spending much cost and much time, trouble in the denitration equipment can be prevented from occurring and useful and appropriate advice can be promptly presented to the plant user side 401. Thereby the plant maker side 400 can support the plant user side 401 in operation of the equipment. Since the denitration equipments made by respective plant makers have the same systems and principles of denitration, after-sale service to operation support of the denitration equipment manufactured by another maker can be developed.
