PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure generation device for a vehicle and a hydraulic system deaerating method capable of pressing a fluid in a fluid tank of a hydraulic operation system without operating an operation pedal and removing air in a master cylinder. SOLUTION: The oil pressure generation device is provided with an operation pedal 9; a master cylinder 6 for converting the motive power of the operation pedal 9 to the pressure of fluid; a fluid tank 39 connected to the master cylinder 6 and accommodating a fluid fed to the master cylinder; an air introduction port 48 formed on the fluid tank 39; and an attachment 52 sealably joined to the air introduction port 48 and introducing high pressure air for pressurizing an oil surface f in the tank from a high pressure air source T.
