PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immersing seeds of vegetable sprouts at a uniform temperature, for culturing the vegetable sprout. SOLUTION: This method for immersing the seeds of the vegetable sprout is provided by filling raw material beans 8 for bean sprouts and warm water at 30 deg.C in a container 1 having 500 l volume, fitting a rubber plug 6 attached with a water-discharging pipe 7 to a water-discharging hole installed at the center of bottom 4 of the container 1, and performing the immersion for 8 hrs while discharging water by 500 cc/min.
