PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan for frost prevention, which neither impairs the beautiful view of a golf course, nor interferes a golf play and can be simply installed at a position needed. SOLUTION: This fan for frost prevention is equipped with a main body frame 2 furnished with a driving means 5 such as an engine, a fan unit 4 which is attached to the main body frame 2 and has an air blasting fan 12 and a traveling unit 3 which is attached to the main body frame 2 and has a traveling means 9. The driving means 5, the fan unit 4 and the traveling unit 3 are connected through power transmission means, respectively so as to drive the rotation of the air blasting fan 12 and traveling of the traveling means 9.
