PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for efficiently manufacturing natural salt and mineral-containing water while preventing the scorching of organic matter. SOLUTION: Seawater is taken in to be separated into fresh water and concentrated water by a reverse osmosis membrane and the concentrated water is heated and evaporated to precipitate natural salt to separate the same from concentrated water (mineral-containing water).
