PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for fitting a zipper strip wherein the cut zipper strip can be quickly fed, pressed and welded to a required position of a packaging film, and provide a method for making a zippered bag. SOLUTION: The zipper strip G is sent out to an under surface of a hollow block 7, the hollow block 7 sucks and guides an upper surface of the zipper strip G, a zipper strip receiving board 9 receives an under surface, and a zipper strip cutter 11 cuts the zipper strip G by a length almost equal to a width of a bag opening. The hollow block 7 and the zipper strip G held with the zipper strip receiving board 9 are pushed onto an inner surface of the film F during intermittent stop and welded. Further at a suitable position after making a continuous hermetically sealed cylinder, male type and female type webs of the zipper strip are welded to an inner surface of the bag of a respectively corresponding bag front surface side or bag rear surface side with a zipper strip heat sealer. |
