PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing bias tape production device efficiently producing a bias tape with an auxiliary mechanism having an auxiliary tape stuck to the bias tape. SOLUTION: This sewing bias tape production device is provided with a thin-walled outer frame body formed with an approximately closed pullout port in its tip and a body having a lower part covered with the outer frame body. The device is so formed that the outer frame body and the body are assembled together so that a folding part formation passage forming a preliminary folding part in a tape material is formed in the internal circumference of the outer frame body and the outer circumference of the body in a process of pulling out the tape material inserted from the rear end side from the pullout port. A through-hole of a prescribed width is formed near the pullout port in the upper surface in the front end part of the outer frame body. This device is characterized in that the auxiliary tape is inserted in the folding part formation passage from the through hole toward the pullout port so that the tape material is pulled out from the pullout port together with the auxiliary tape stacked on the preliminary folding part.
