<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for crystallizing a neck part of moldings which prevents a part other than the neck part from being influenced by heat, when the neck part is crystallized. SOLUTION: This device for crystallizing a neck part comprises a plurality of conveying members 44 which retain the neck part 26 from inside, a conveying chain 42 for conveying each of the conveying members 44 in a circulating fashion, a supply part 18 which supplies a container 14 to each of the conveying members 44, a heating part which heats the neck part 26 of the supplied container 14 to a crystallization temperature level, a cooling part for cooling the heated neck part 26, an unloading part for unloading the container 14 after cooling and a light shielding member 58 which is fitted to the conveying member 44 and shields a light emitted by an infrared heater against a part other than the neck part 26 of the container 14 at the heating part. The conveying member 44 is ascendable to and descendable from a conveying table 46 and incorporates an external retaining member 50 and an internal retaining member 52 which are inserted into the neck part 26 and retain the container 14. A supply part 18 and an unloading part have a lift means 78 (112) which protrudes the external retaining member 50 and the internal retaining member 52 from the light shielding member 58.</p> |
