PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve comfortableness by enlarging a body inclination angle at the time of passing through a curve. SOLUTION: A link torsion bar 10 formed of a torsion bar 12, levers 13L, 13R and links 11L, 11R is arranged between a rolling stock body 1 and a bogie frame 2. In such a structure, when a centrifugal force acts, the body 1 is displaced in a roll angle according to transverse displacement, and an air spring 7R on an outer track side of the curve extends and an air spring 7R on an inner track side of the curve contracts. A control device 23 refers to track information data 24 and grasps a present traveling position, and opens a selector valve 22 for communicating the right and left air springs in a state of traveling on a transition curve wherein an inclination operation is performed. In this case, since a restitutive force does not act, the body inclination angle is enlarged and the comfortableness can be improved. In a state of traveling on a track wherein the inclination operation is not performed, the selector valve 22 is closed for dividing the right and left air springs, and the restitutive force and damping force of the air springs are applied. Thereby vibration is damped and the comfortableness can be improved.
