SOLUTION: In the method for regulating the temperature of the injection mold alternately repeating heating and cooling using a heating medium, vapor is used as a heating medium and a cooling medium and the pressure of vapor in the flow channel of the mold is raised to heat the mold and is lowered to cool the mold.
