PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refined water making apparatus dispensing with the arrangement of a refined water storage tank for storing refined water and preventing the generation or propagation of bacteria. SOLUTION: The refined water making apparatus is constituted so that a very small amount of a liquid is allowed to flow in a reverse osmosis membrane filter to realize a liquid non-stagnated state when refined water is not consumed.
