PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate having a protective layer having surface hardness durable in scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. SOLUTION: A first active energy ray curable resin 4 is applied on the decorative layer 14 of a base material 1, and a second active energy ray curable resin 6 is applied on a film 5. Both resins are adhered to each other in a fluid state without being cured and then cured simultaneously so that an interface 15 between the first protective layer 4 and the second protective layer 6 is cured with both resins made compatible.
