PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing materials to be removed in a fluid in which a module formed of a filter for removing the materials to be removed in the fluid moves by being linked with a liquid surface moving up and down due to increase and decrease in quantity of the fluid containing the materials to be removed so as to be located always in an intermediate layer of the fluid and filtration is executed in a bath storing the fluid containing the materials to be removed. SOLUTION: The module 18 constituted of the filter for removing the materials to be removed in the fluid is set in a horizontal direction so as to move by being linked with the liquid surface moving up and down due to increase and decrease of quantity of the fluid containing the materials to be removed and to be located in the intermediate layer 13 having comparatively low concentration of the materials to be removed and sucking filtration is executed by a pump 20 via a pipe 19 to which all filters for removing the materials to be removed constituting the module 18 are joined. The sucking filtration is executed till concentration of the materials to be removed reaches >=50%. When the concentration reaches >=50%, the materials to be removed is taken out as enriched sludge. After drying and pulverizing treatment, the enriched sludge is reutilized as fine powdery resource valuables.
