The tool enables a fixture component to be loosened or tightened with impulse force and has a rotary component for rotation by hand force or other means, a rotation unit for engagement against the fixture component and a shaft or other component for force transmission between the rotary component and rotation unit. - In an elastic component energy used for rotation of the rotary component is stored. An impulse component is made to rotate by the rotary component until a predetermined torque is achieved, after which the energy stored in the elastic component is caused by the impulse component to strike against a stop formed on the shaft, so that a rotating force from the shaft is applied by the rotation unit to the fixture component. |
