PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fat and oil product and a bakery product capable of easily dividing a predetermined size of fat and oil into a certain amount and maintaining quality of the bakery product. SOLUTION: This fat and oil product 1 comprises a fat and oil sheet 2 solidified by cold storage and rectangular cover sheets 3, 3 covering both front/back sides of the fat and oil sheet 2.
