COATING METHOD OF LONG SIZED MATERIAL AND COATING APPARATUS FOR EXECUTING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method, in which the energy consumption necessary to keep the atmosphere of a coating space is minimized by eliminating the futile use of a coating material to improve the coating ratio and miniaturizing the coating space, particularly in the coating of a long sized material and a coating apparatus for executing the method. SOLUTION: The coating apparatus is provided with a rotary drum (2) capable of fitting a plurality of the long sized materials (4) toward the same direction as the rotary shaft and normally and reversely turning and a spray gun (3) for spraying the coating material to the long sized material (4) while reciprocally moving along the longitudinal direction of the long sized materials (4) and the coating material is sprayed to the long sized materials from the spray guns (3) by rotating the rotary drum (2) using a driving means such as a motor and reciprocally moving the spray gun (3) along the longitudinal direction of the long sized material (4).
