<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molded products of waste coating materials or the like and a method for treating the materials or the like which allow waste coating materials, wood waste, sludge and the like discharged from a plant to be safely and inexpensively treated in low-investment equipment, thereby preventing environmental pollution, have light-weight, an improved water permeability and a water retention property, cause decayable wastes to decay, and accelerate the growth of flora and fauna and the cleaning of water. SOLUTION: Mixture products 8, 15 are molded by mixing powdery or granular decayable wastes 5 capable of decaying with time through water and air, and powdery or granular binders 3, 14 being wastes. The molded products of the waste coating materials or the like must be provided with a water permeability by heat molding the above mixture products 8, 15. The mixture products 8, 15 are molded mixing the above decayable wastes 5, the above binders 3, 14 and water 6. Heating the above mixture products 8, 15 under a nearly atmospheric pressure makes them porous. The above decayable wastes 5 are allowed to decay with time through the water permeated or sucked in the inside of the molded products 1.</p> |
